At Album Posters, every order is made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
By placing an order with Album Posters, you agree to the policy below.
Returns and Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect selections such as wrong size, colour, or product chosen by the customer.
Accidental purchases made during checkout.
Items already produced or shipped after the order has entered fulfillment.
Personal preference after delivery.
Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We do not offer refunds for:
Incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Incomplete addresses missing required details.
Old addresses no longer in use.
Undeliverable addresses provided during checkout.
If an order has already entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
If a parcel is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
Shipping Times and Courier Delays
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are dependent on third-party couriers and postal networks.
We do not issue refunds for delays caused by:
Courier delays during transit.
Customs processing or border inspections.
Peak season congestion such as holidays or major sale periods.
Weather disruptions affecting transport routes.
Local carrier backlogs or depot delays.
Tracking delays where scans update late.
Events outside our control that impact delivery networks.
We appreciate your patience while carriers complete delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Please include:
The item received showing the issue clearly.
Packaging if damage occurred in transit.
Photos of the problem so we can assess quickly.
Our first resolution in these cases is a free replacement or reprint at no cost.
Refunds are not the default first remedy and are considered only where a replacement is not reasonable or possible.
Lost Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will review the case.
Orders confirmed as lost by the carrier may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital orders.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed as items are custom made.
Chargebacks and Abuse
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where an order has been fulfilled correctly, delivered, or where this policy has been clearly breached by the customer.
False claims, misuse of refund systems, or abusive behaviour may result in refusal of future service.
