Most orders require processing and production before shipment.

Longer timeframes during holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons.
Digital products are delivered separately where applicable.
Processing time begins after successful payment has been received.
Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled once production has started.

Estimated shipping times shown on the website, at checkout, or in tracking notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Courier Delays and Events Outside Our Control

Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
Please allow time for the first scan to appear after shipment. Some carriers update tracking more slowly than others.
Incorrect Address Entered by Customer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to:
Wrong address entered during checkout.
Missing apartment or unit details.
Outdated address information.
Spelling errors in address details.
Refunds are not provided for customer-entered address mistakes.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels
If a parcel appears lost in transit, contact us and we will review the shipment status.
If tracking shows delivered, parcels may need to be investigated with the courier or checked with neighbours or building management.
We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
Where appropriate, we may assist with a replacement at our discretion.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Our first solution is typically a free replacement or reprint, rather than an immediate refund.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Multiple Items or Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, stock location, or production partner availability.
This is normal.
Digital Products
Digital products, where offered, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
No refunds are available on digital orders once delivered.
